1. Power Infrastructure & Distribution
Sub-station Details
Moonwake Xotika maintains a dedicated private 125 KVA step-down transformer on the property premises, directly connected to the regional MSEDCL 3-phase grid line.
Multiple 3-phase distribution junctions are strategically positioned around the central plateau and raw architectural compound to minimize cable run lengths.
Generator Set Operational Policy
Due to customary rural grid voltage variations in the Western Ghats during heavy weather or high-load hours, all major lighting setups (HMIs, Maxibrutes, SkyPanels) are strongly advised to run on synchronized silent generator sets.
Silent gensets (62.5 KVA to 125 KVA) can be arranged by our operational partner or brought in directly by the production unit.
2. Production Fleet & Parking Capacity
Hard-standing unpaved staging zones are accessible directly from the entrance gate. For oversized multi-unit commercial campaigns during dry seasons, auxiliary parking in contiguous open zones can be coordinated in advance.
3. Talent Holding & 4BHK Villa Suites
The private 4BHK villa can be leased alongside the outdoor terrain. It features air-conditioned bedrooms, clean modern washrooms, a large open living pavilion, and expansive veranda seating.

Private air-conditioned suites ideal for director video village, monitor feeds, and agency client holding.
Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe
Ample power sockets, mirror setups, and garment steamer capabilities inside climate-controlled rooms.
